Heatherwood Condominiums features 188 units with three floor plans, detached garages. The complex features a volleyball court, pool, cabana, covered picnic area and a gas grill.

It is managed by Select Community Management, 2455 S. Industrial Road, Suite A, Ann Arbor.

The complex is governed by the Heatherwood Association comprised of Terrie Fanelli, president; Anita McDermott, vice president; Matthew Swan, treasurer; Brad Wathen, director-at-large, and Deb Wilson, secretary.
