Heatherwood Condominiums features 188 units with three floor plans and detached garages. The complex features a volleyball court, pool, cabana, covered picnic area and a gas grill. We are located off Lohr Road in Pittsfield Twp., MI. Although our mailing address is Ann Arbor, as Pittsfield Township residents we pay the lower township property taxes.
Nearby amenities include easy access to shopping, such as Kohl's, Border's Books, Best Buy, Meijer, Target and several restaurants. Briarwood Mall is only minutes away. The University of Michigan Ann Arbor campus is only a few minutes drive away. ATTA bus service also picks up in front of the main entrance.

The complex is governed by the Heatherwood Association comprised of Barb Shoffner, president; Luis Alarcon, vice president; Dave Patera, treasurer; Deb Wilson, secretary; and Alan Knaus as Director-at-Large.
Maintenance fees are $200 a month. This includes: water and sewage, grounds and general building maintenance and care,management fees, reserve fund and more.
